The goods will be delivered on the day agreed with you to the address specified by you.
City delivery in Almaty and Astana is carried out by the online store service through a courier. Cost of delivery in the city is 1,000 Tenge in a certain area, outside the area the cost of delivery varies, depending on the distance of the route.
The integrity and completeness of the goods, as well as all supported documents will be demonstrated by the courier. Carefully inspect the goods, make sure there is no visible mechanical damage, check (if possible) compliance with the declared technical characteristics of the goods you receive, check the completeness, as well as the availability and correctness of filling out the documents. The fact of acceptance of goods in their appearance, component parts and availability of documents is confirmed by your signature in the Request for delivery, and confirms the absence of claims.
Individual installation, placement of goods is NOT carried out by couriers.
If you accept the goods without opening the package and checking the completeness, the Request for delivery will specify a mark of Refusal of demonstration, and you need to put your signature. Please note that all claims to the appearance of the goods and their component parts are accepted until the moment of transfer of the goods by the seller, in accordance with Article 411 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Therefore, in case of refusal of demonstration, the claims mentioned above will not be accepted after the transfer of the goods.
Terms of delivery by third-party services
In case of placing an order with postal service or courier company delivery, you:
1) confirm that you have read the terms of delivery on the website of the postal service or courier company;
2) give your unconditional consent to inform the representative of the postal service or courier company of the contact details required for making a delivery;
3) give your consent to the provision of a free-of-charge service related to the transfer of the order to the postal service or courier company of your choice, for subsequent delivery to the address you specified or to the post office of your city.
Before shipping, all the goods and their packaging are inspected. The order is carefully packed so that the parcel cannot be opened without visible damage.
You can track the location of your order on the website of a postal service or courier company or directly in your personal karlensarai.kz account: log in to your personal account, find the order you are interested in and click the "Track shipment" button.
Pay attention to the recommendations when accepting the parcel:
1. Do not sign the consignment note of the courier service or postal company until you are sure of the integrity of the package.
2. Carefully inspect the package of the parcel for integrity. If you notice any damage to the package, traces of opening, immediately inform an employee of the courier service or postal company, make up an act in his presence and open the parcel.
3. If, after opening the parcel, you find traces of damage to the goods or component parts, record this in the act and refuse to receive the parcel. Request your copy of the act in mandatory manner signed by the employee.
4. Immediately inform us about this situation and send a scanned copy or photo of the act.
5. If an employee of a courier company or postal service refuses to record the damage in the act, call the courier company or postal service and explain the problem.
