Cash payment
Payment is made exclusively in the national currency. To confirm the payment, we will issue you a sale receipt. Cash payment is possible at the cashier’s desk of our retail store upon pickup or personally to a courier upon home delivery at the time of order receipt (possible only in cities where our delivery service operates).
Payment using a bank card on the website
VISA and MasterCard payment cards of any bank worldwide are accepted to pay for an online order (if 3D Secure is available. 3DSecure/SecureCode are used to secure online payments and transfers, two-factor user authentication). Our online store is connected to the online payment system of the Paybox processing center.

To make a purchase on credit or in installments in the empire.kz online store please choose the product you like, specify your personal detail, fill in all the necessary fields and choose the type of payment “On credit or in installments”. For your convenience, you can choose the “Best offer from several banks” and choose the right one for you.
