"A person who has not drunk tea is falling out with the universe" (Japanese proverb). According to the traditional Kazakh tea recipe, all ingredients are served hot – tea leaves, milk and water. Therefore, the teapot was not placed on a table or a flat plate, but specifically on a teabowl or a deep bowl. This was an interesting trick! According to the laws of physics, a trapped air was formed between the teapot and the bowl, and the tea cooled much more slowly. Both items of the table set are decorated with drawings by the Honored Artist of Kazakhstan Nelly Bube, depicting the life of the Kazakh people.
